Join Harvard-trained sleep physician, Dr. Sahil Chopra, for a candid conversation on how to read and understand sleep studies
If you've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, CPAP is usually the first thing offered. For many people it works well, but plenty of people never get comfortable with it. The mask, the pressure, the dryness, the travel hassle. Some stop using it within weeks and quietly go back to sleeping poorly, with the apnea still untreated.
The good news is that CPAP is no longer the only path. There's a growing set of alternatives, and the right one depends heavily on your anatomy, the type and severity of your apnea, and what your sleep data actually shows.
In this session, Dr. Sahil Chopra walks through what those options are, who they tend to work for, and how to think through the decision with your physician.
The format is a short presentation followed by a live "Ask Me Anything" with Dr. Chopra, where you can get your own sleep questions answered.
