I learned about Empower Sleep from my Functional Medicine doctor. I didn’t think a ‘normal’ sleep test would suit me because I don’t sleep well away from home and a clinical setting wouldn’t suit me. After talking to Dr. Chopra on the first visit, I was a little more amenable to the sleep study since I could do it at home.
