His expertise is obvious as he patiently walked me through my diagnosis and treatment options. If you're having issues with sleep irregularity please go see him. Your sleep is not interrupted while it captures oxygen intake, breathing, dynamic heart rhythms ~ charted across the time of rest. We were able to track and diagnose the severity of my sleep disorder in a few short days, meeting online to review results and diagnose a solution. Another doctor took 6 weeks to accomplish what this team accomplished in several days. Dr Chopra and his team have advanced the industry.

I highly recommend Dr. Sahil Chopra and the Empower team to anyone struggling to get a good quality sleep. I previously had my evaluations done through the old-fashioned sleep study at a hospital, twice over the last 5 years. Having going through two annoying nights of being hooked to machines in unfamiliar environments, and with results that were questioned by insurance due to “artifacts from movement”, I was unsure of doing another study. But, making an appointment with Dr. Chopra, and getting a sleep evaluation done from the comfort of my home, with quick and excellent follow-up from his team has me sold. I was approved for an oral advancement device and myofunctional therapy, which over the last few months has improved the quality of sleep for me. I hope that others who are struggling with issues similar to mine would take advantage of Empower Sleep!
